Advising Owner-Managed Businesses in Relation to Form

I am gathering data into how certain factors affect the likelihood of accountants advising their owner-managed business clients to adopt different legal forms for their business. This is part of a project which explores the reasons for the decline in the use of the partnership form in recent years.
This is a call for participants that are over 18, and offer advice in relation to legal form to owner-managed businesses.
